Ingredients
#Cake
#- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tbsp coco powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3/4 cups oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking soda
Frosting
#- 1 cup milk
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup shorting
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
#- Mix all cake ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, use a medium sauce pan over medium heat to cook
milk and flour until thick, stirring continually.
- Cool completely in refrigerator.
- After cooling add shorting, margarine and sugar. Beat until fluffy.
- Spread over cooled cake.
