Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • bell pepper
  • broccoli
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • carrot
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • onion
  • ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • siracha
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp squeeze ginger

Directions

  1. Prepare whatever vegetables are of interest, normally onion, carrot broccoli and bell pepper.
  2. Make a sauce with soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar, cornstarch, sriracha, squeeze ginger.
  3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet. Add the vegetables and garlic and cook until they start to get soft, generally around 6 minutes.
  4. Add the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Sever over ramen noodles (don’t use the flavor package).
