Ingredients
#- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 lbs pecans, halved
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
#- Preheat oven to 250 F and grease one baking sheet.
- In mixing bowl whip together egg white and water until frothy.
- In separate bowl mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Add pecans to egg whites and stir to coat evenly. Then toss the nuts in the
sugar mixture until coated.
- Spread nuts out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Stir every 15 minutes while baking for 1 hour.
