Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 package butterscotch morsels

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl, then set aside.
  2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
  3. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  4. Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 F for 7 - 8 minutes.
  7. Cool on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
