Ingredients
#- 18-1/4 oz package lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
Directions
#- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour two 9x4 inch loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, water and poppy
seeds. Spread batter into greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes in pan before turning onto a wire rack to
cool completely.
