Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 18-1/4 oz package lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 oz instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour two 9x4 inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, water and poppy seeds. Spread batter into greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes in pan before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
