Ingredients#
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil and/or dill)
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
- Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
