Chicken Parm Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 1 lbs tortellini
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix sauce, broth, salt and pepper in slowcooker. Add the chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Remove and shred the chicken.
  3. Cook tortellini as directed on packaging.
  4. Mix the tortellini and chicken in the slowcooker.
  5. Melt the butter, then mix with breadcrumbs and add to the slowcooker. Top with cheese.
