Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1 package dry ranch
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • Minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8oz whipped cream cheese

Directions

  1. Brown ground turkey or chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until all incorporated and hot, about 20 minutes or so.
