Ingredients
#Buckle
#- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 egg
Topping
#- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
#- Cream butter with sugar and add egg. Beat Well.
- Into a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add shifted dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with the milk. Beat
until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries and pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan.
- Combine the topping ingredients and blend well to form crumbs and sprinkle
over batter. Do not stir.
- Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes.
