Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef tenderloin
  • 8 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 pack pad thai rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Soak the pad thai rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside.
  2. Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the oil. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until aromatic.
  4. Add the beef, cook until the surface turns brown, followed by the broccoli florets.
  5. Stir and toss the beef and broccoli a few times, then add the rice noodles. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
  6. Stir continuously to mix with the noodles. Cook for 1 minute and serve immediately.
