Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquik
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the bisquik, cheese and garlic powder. Add in milk and mix with hands. Shape into clumps using a spoon, ice cream scoop or your hands.
  3. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes.
  4. While they bake, melt butter, oregano and salt in a small bowl. Once biscuits come out, brush with butter mixture until well coated. Serve warm.
